We specialize in bridging evidence-based research and on-the-ground implementation to inform programming, strategy development, and evaluation that is oriented towards promoting the health and well-being of regions, communities, and neighborhoods. We believe that the people most affected by a problem are often the ones most equipped to generate viable solutions to address the problem, and that authentic perspectives and participation coupled with rigorous scientific methods can be used to improve our social, physical, natural, and economic environments. Using a community-participatory-action approach of Research, Outreach, Dialogue, Innovation, and Advocacy (RODIA) we aim to inform policies and resource distribution for the improvement of community health.
We know that we are much stronger together and that real change requires multi-sector involvement, and diverse perspectives. We are excited to partner on projects that align with our mission to improve public services and support community-driven and directed initiatives that improve our quality of life.

Rather than applying a traditional "top-down" approach to program development, we use a network strategy to build and strengthen relationships that foster authentic engagement. We examine what organizations are doing to stay in relationship with their target audiences and provide tools and strategies to help them clarify their goals and objectives, while centering those most impacted.

Whether to inform program development, evaluation, or policy recommendations, we are skilled in statistical and qualitative data analysis, youth and adult group facilitation, individual interviews, and data dissemination.
